Liberty Hills Phase I Greengold Cyberpark Board of Directors Site Survey

The Liberty Hills Phase I project site at Barangay Utod, Municipality of Nasugbu, Batangas Province - alternative site to the Palico, Barangay Bilaran, Nasugbu lot owned by the Department of National Defense is marked by small and large hills, a lot of slopes and the elevation from sea water level is somewhat high.


Shown below are two of the hills within the Liberty Hills I site.


The site is presently planted to sugar cane. Sparse vegetation is shown in the lot.


The new diversion national highway from Nasugbu, Batangas to Maragondon, Cavite Province passes through the site.


Liberty Hills site is free from the pollution of urban areas and is marked by cool, fresh air as well as the sweet scents and sounds of Mother Nature.


On August 10, 2013, the Greengold CyberparkHoldings Corp. Board of Directors conducted an ocular survey of the Liberty Hills Phase I project site.


The complete Liberty Hills township design includes the components Manila Bay Hospital City consisting of patient care facilities and recuperative clinics stretching from Nasugbu in Batangas, Maragondon, Cavite up to the edge of Batangas, at San Juan, Batangas - a municipality adjacent to the nearby scenic Quezon Province.





Local pine and palm trees are currently found in the Liberty Hills property.
