The military reservation in Palico, Barangay Bilaran, Nasugbu, Batangas, now partially in use for incapacitated elements of the armed services is an ideal site for a complex dedicated to rest, recreation, recovery and rehabilitation built on ecologically sound principles. The project is tentatively named Liberty Hills Rest and Recreation Complex. (Read more here).
This Palico, Barangay Bilaran site was the first choice site for the Liberty Hills Batangas project. On the behest of the government, Cyberpark formulated the initial complete staff work for the project with the government's share of the task, to push the endeavor with NEDA, the Office of the President, Investment Coordinating Committee and others.
An alternate site was selected for the Liberty Hills Residences and Resorts Project was selected following the lengthy period of gestation. The site is at Utod, Municipality of Nasugbu, Batangas and allied other areas are located in Maragondon, Cavite as well as in San Juan, Batangas.
The acquisition of project area for the second site is in the final phase.
The template for the LHRR project is for the De Guia Estate, situated in nearby Cavite Province. The original template that will be used as a model for LHRR is that of a senior citizen's habitat model. Some slight modifications for the actual LHRR may be in order, the final output will include a component of the homes dedicated for our senior citizens undergoing patient care at Liberty Hills.
